  Management Consultant

It was never my goal or a dream of mine to become a "Management Consultant". The initial belief or system that I had placed importance initially was that of "practical Ability in Sales & Marketing".

With that purpose I exerted myself thoroughly in order to improve performance for myself & for every company, and at every level that I worked at. I was involved in projects of various kinds and sizes, from improvements to creation of new concepts and or ideas; know how became important to me and I continued my studies. By recognizing the fact that retail distribution is the basis for all business,I constantly studied the practical manner and absorbed as much as was feasibly possible.

Initially, unbeknownst to me,I was being observed and scouted by various companies in many different distribution fields. As this was occurring I continued my studies; focused on learning the consumers' mindset,or at a level,to me that was equal of integrating my body's cells with those of the consumer.

Then one day I was interviewed on TV,I had many invitations to start giving lectures, contribute to magazines, and even further opportunities to appear on TV. To me over night it seemed my space had became noisy and disturbing. At the same time,I was being asked to do business consulting and or to teach something related to merchandising.

During this time I was surprise to notice for the first time…the reason why they wanted to ask Yuji Kato questions was…they felt disgusted with most of their business consultants; these consultants had become critics & their ideas were not practical at all!  These people had no longer had time or room top spend on armchair theories. Their complaints were based on facts.

Thus with Genki-Shiteru-Kai already under way, born through hands on distribution activities, these clients saw this and it seem to drown out their distrustfulness for business consultants, but I had not become a business consultant or manager.

I mean,I had become a "Management Theorist" naturally and passively. I helped develop other people's ideas and dreams. Given an idea or concept I could formulate the process and help them develop projects and their company's futures!  I currently have over 50 companies, both small and large companies and I work hard daily with them. Today,I am happy to be known as a "Practical Management Theorist!'

I think that every big company surely started out small, and endured a period of obscurity. Regardless of the size of your company,it is necessary to go on with courage and pride; in order to expand the possibility to infinity.

I think that obscurity makes it challenging!

Do not stick to the means you know so far. Seize the chance and or find a way to jump where there is no precedent. Remember: "Angels can dance on pinheads!"  In simpler terms,"Any growth in a company is significant!"

Another consideration is "humanity". No matter how the times go high-tech or digital,it may or may not be important and a necessary development, but for what it is worth,I will always continue with practical field operations and business consulting as my fields of expertise, and continue to put emphasis on the usage of low-tech or analog fields. The next goal is to maintain a harmonious balance between high-tech or digital and the low-tech or analog.

I believe that the ideal consultant is to share the joys, sorrow, suffering and chagrin with their clients and by joining together to make constant progression. Therefore,I have created family-like relationships with my clientele. A consultant is needed at an off-kilter company that is in difficulty, more so than a steadily growing company. I myself do not believe nor have the time to spend on commentaries. Your company must have some "growth potential" in any situation, now!

If something clicks in your mind, while reading this or even later, please feel free to contact my staff for a potential appointment with me. If we are linked by fate…let's create "something exciting!"
